In cases where any support issues are genuinely attributable to the behaviour of Stratosoft software or just for general advice, then technical support can be obtained FREE OF CHARGE and is provided solely through the appropriate Stratosoft FORUM on an 'as and when' required basis but there is notimescale. However, if a problem arises outside the control of the software eg. by way of factors already mentioned, or a short as possible timescale is important, then Stratosoft is willing to help and this is the reason for establishing this service but due to the often time consuming and technical nature of these problems a charge will be payable. This service is particularly aimed at cases in which time is of importance but although every effort will be made to resolve an issue in the shortest possible time, successful resolution and / or a specific timescale for resolution cannot be guaranteed.
